Purchases and refunds

Coins and subscriptions are sold through the App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. To cancel a subscription, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. If a purchase is missing, tap Restore on the subscription screen.

Are my Face Morph photos uploaded? No. Face Morph runs entirely on your iPhone.

How long are my Face Swap videos kept? By default, uploaded videos are removed after 24 hours and finished videos after 7 days. Save the videos you want to keep to Photos.

How do I delete a saved face? Open the menu › My Faces, then delete it.
