These terms apply to the Morpho app for iOS ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What the app does
Morpho lets you create morph videos from two photos on your device, check whether an image is likely AI-generated, and put a face from your own photos into a video you choose.
2. Your content and consent
- Use only photos and videos that you own or have permission to use.
- Use only faces of people who have given you permission, including your own. Do not use the app to impersonate, harass, defame or deceive anyone, or to create sexual content of any real person.
- Do not use the app for anything illegal, including infringing copyright or another person's rights of publicity or privacy.
- You keep the rights to your content. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the features you request.
3. AI detection results
Detection results are estimates and can be wrong. Do not rely on them as proof of whether an image is real.
4. Coins and subscriptions
Some features use coins. Coins and subscriptions are purchased through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
5. Termination
We may suspend access for users who break these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
